How It Works

  2. Receive Your Prepaid Label: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label—yes, we cover the shipping costs!
  3. Send It Back: Package your item securely, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific details.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the replacement.
